I've decided to start "The 30 Day Shred", by Jillian. I'm going to update each day after my workouts!
Day 1- April 7th- WOW! First I have learned do not attempt this video unless you are wearing a bra :) Jillian kicked my butt, but it felt so good!
Day 2- April 8th-Still feels good, and I can feel the soreness already!
Day 3- April 9th- I'm starting to get the hang of this!
Day 4 & 5-April 10th and 11th-I cheated, I took the weekend off :-X
Day 6-April 12th-Feels good to be back
Day 7-April 13th-Wow, I'm finally sweating! :)
Day 8-April 14th-Moved onto Level 2-Wow! My response to Jillian, "Are you $%&@)* kidding me?" Note to self.Eat next time before you work out. I felt sick after the workout, and sore! :)
